PayPal - stealing money from customers
I have a problem with PayPal. They advertised that you can withdraw money from PayPal to an Israeli bank account for free, if you withdraw more than 1,000 Israeli shekels. I requested some money to be transferred into my PayPal account, only to find out that they transfer the money in shekels, and their exchange rate is extremely exaggerated - they charge 3.66% more than Bank Israel’s rate (the representavie rate). This is theft! They don’t publish anything about it on their website, except in their terms of service which are too long to read, and losing 3.66% of your money is a lot to lose! Now I have to find a solution for my money, which is stuck at PayPal. I’m so angry!
